Some fruits have very small seeds. People call these "chicken tongues." These fruits are special because they have more fruit to eat.

Lychee trees love warm places. They need lots of rain and heat. They do not like frost. China grows many lychees. India and Vietnam also grow them. People have grown them in China for a long time. In the past, Chinese kings loved this fruit. They even used fast horses to bring fresh fruit to them. Today, you can eat lychees fresh or in a can. They are very high in vitamin C.
