Sanders found a special way to make his food taste great. He created a secret recipe for his fried chicken. He also invented a new way to cook it using a pressure fryer. A pressure fryer is a tool that cooks food much faster than a regular pan. This helped him serve people more quickly. He even received a patent, which is a legal paper that protects an invention, for this method in 1962.
