It started in Tibet a long time ago. Some people think it came from India. The goal is to find our true nature. This is called the basis.

Many people talk about two ideas. One is rigpa, which means knowledge. The other is ma rigpa, which means not knowing. Not knowing is like the sun behind dark clouds.

It hides the light.

There are three main parts to this path. First is the Base. This is the original state of things. It has three parts: emptiness, clarity, and kind energy.

Second is the Path. This is how people practice. They use meditation to understand the mind.

Third is the Fruit. This is the final goal. It is when a person knows their true self.
