Making chamomile tea is a simple process. This drink is an herbal infusion. To make it, you use dried flowers. You add hot water to the flowers. This brings out the flavor of the plant. People also use chamomile to flavor beer. Brewers often use the whole plant. This can add a bitter taste to the beer.

In gardens, Roman chamomile has other jobs. It can be used as a ground cover. Some people grow it to make chamomile lawns. These lawns are good for sunny areas. You can even sit on these plants. They are used for raised garden seats.
