One story tells of a man named Shridhar. He was a very faithful follower. The goddess appeared to him as a young girl. She told him to hold a grand feast. A man named Bhaironath tried to follow the girl. She ran up the mountain to stay safe. She reached a cave to meditate. People visit her holy cave today. They see three natural rock shapes. These shapes represent the three goddesses. The shrine sits high up on the mountain. It is 5,200 feet above the sea.
