Being rejected can hurt a lot. It can lead to sadness, anger, or bad dreams. It can even make people feel insecure. For children, being left out by peers is hard. Some children are popular, while others are rejected. Rejected children might struggle to make friends or share. This can lead to a cycle of more problems. However, learning social skills can help children find success with others.
