Some words in the book are very old. These old words can be hard to understand today. Because of this, people made new versions later. One was the Oxford edition from 1769. Another was the Cambridge edition from 1900. These new versions made the text easier to read. Even so, many people still study the original words. It remains one of the most important books in history.
