Some stories speak of special people. A leader called the Mahdi may arrive. The prophet Jesus may also return to earth. They are said to bring peace and justice.

After the world ends, a trumpet will sound. People will be brought back to life. This is the day of judgment. God will look at each person's deeds. They will be judged by their actions on earth.
