Most days are sunny. In the winter, the rain makes the island look green. In the summer, the air can feel hot and muggy. The sea stays warm for much of the year. This makes the weather great for the beach.

Many people visit the island in the summer. They go to hear electronic dance music. This makes the island very busy with tourists. Because so many people visit, the island has a special tax to help it stay healthy.

Ibiza has a long history.
