Some words show who is doing an action. Other words show who receives it.

In English, we use special words like "I" or "me." "I" is for the person acting. "Me" is for the person being seen.

Some languages use many more changes. A language called Hungarian has 18 cases. This means words change a lot.

In other lands, words might change to show where things are. One word might mean "in the house." Another might mean "from the house."

Changing words helps us understand stories. It is a way to build clear sentences.
