Some people call it Yantra yoga. It comes from the Vajrayana tradition. This is a part of Tibetan Buddhism. It also has links to the Bon tradition.

This practice uses many different steps. It uses body moves called asanas. It also uses breath control. People may say special words called mantras. Some people also use visualizations. This means they see things in their minds. A traditional set has 108 movements.

In this tradition, people think about the body in a special way. They believe in 'lung.' Lung means wind or breath. They think the mind is like wind in the body. They work with energy paths called channels. These paths help the flow of energy. There are three main channels. They are named ida, pingala, and sushumna.

Old teachers called mahasiddhas taught these ways. You can see art of these moves in a temple. This temple is the Lukhang temple. It belongs to the Dalai Lama. These moves help people find a natural state.
