Cooks often make vegetable sauces called sofritos using this oil. They also use garlic and herbs like rosemary or thyme. You might enjoy small snacks called tapas or pinchos at a cafe. These little bites are a fun way to share food with friends.

Making Spanish food involves many different ingredients. Most cooks use meats like chicken, pork, lamb, or veal.
