Prokop led his men to many big wins. In 1426, they won at Ústí nad Labem. In 1431, they won at Domažlice. These wins helped lead to peace talks. Prokop even went to a place called Basel. He went there to talk with others.

Later, there was much fighting at home. Prokop led an army to the city of Plzeň. But his own men began to fight him. This caused more trouble in Bohemia. The nobles formed a group to fight the radical Taborites. Prokop tried to defend a part of Prague. He could not hold the city. He fought one last battle at Lipany. This battle was on May 30, 1434. Both Prokop the Great and Prokop the Lesser died there. People still remember him today. A group of soldiers was even named after him in 1917.
