"text": "Manolete was one of the most famous bullfighters in history. His real name was Manuel Laureano Rodríguez Sánchez. He was born in Spain on July 4, 1917. People remember him because he was a master of his craft. He was known for being very serious and sober. He did not perform just to please the crowd. Instead, he focused on the skill of the bullfight. He became a star after the Spanish Civil War ended.

\n\nManolete had a very special way of moving. He was famous for standing very still. He let the bull pass extremely close to his body. Most fighters might move away, but he stayed in one spot. He could link four or five passes together in a row. This made his work look very compact and smooth. He also created a new move called the \"Manoletina.\" This was a specific pass using a muleta, which is a red cloth. He used this move right before the final part of the fight.

\n\nHis life was tied to the world of bullfighting from the start. His father was also a bullfighter named Manolete. Sadly, his father died when Manuel was only five years old. Manuel grew up to be a great success in many places. He performed in all the major bullrings across Spain. He also had very important triumphs in the Plaza Mexico. These wins helped make him a legend in both countries.

\n\nIn 1947, a very sad event happened in the town of Linares. Manolete was fighting alongside another matador named Luis Miguel Dominguín. He was facing the fifth bull of the day. This bull was a Miura bull named Islero. During the fight, the bull gored Manolete in his right thigh. This event caused great shock throughout the country of Spain. Manolete died on August 29, 1947. Some people believe a blood transfusion error caused his death.

\n\nMany artists have used Manole
