Jahangir Khan is a legendary squash player from Pakistan. Many people call him the greatest sportsman in Pakistan's history. He is also known as the greatest squash player of all time. He won the World Open title six times during his career. He also won the British Open title ten times in a row. From 1982 to 1991, he was the British Open champion.

Khan set a record that is hard to imagine. From 1981 to 1986, he never lost a single match. He won 555 consecutive matches during that time. Guinness World Records says this is the longest winning streak in top professional sport. He was a very dominant player on the court. This amazing streak showed his incredible skill and focus.

Squash was a big part of his family life. His father, Roshan Khan, won the British Open in 1957. His older brother, Torsam Khan, was also a leading international player. Jahangir was first coached by his father and then by his brother. Later, his cousin Rehmat coached him through most of his career. His family even has other famous members today. His niece Maria Khan is a professional footballer for Pakistan.

His journey had some very difficult moments. In 1979, his brother Torsam died suddenly during a match in Australia. This loss was very hard for Jahangir. He became the youngest winner of the World Amateur Individual Championship at age 15.

Khan has done much more than just play matches. He served as President of the World Squash Federation from 2002 to 2008. He even became the Emeritus President later on.
