Some trains go to classification yards. These are hubs where trains are broken up. The cars are then put into new trains. Other trains are called unit trains. These carry only one type of cargo. They go from one place straight to another. This helps cargo reach its goal faster. Freight trains do not always follow a set schedule. They run when they are needed. They avoid tracks during busy rush hours.
