There are many kinds of masks today. A sheet mask is a piece of cloth or paper. It holds the mask on your skin. Some masks use clay to help oily skin. Cream masks work well for dry skin. You can even use honey to clean your pores.

Some masks use light to help the skin. These are called LED masks. Blue light can help with acne. Red light can help skin look firm. Doctors also use light for skin issues like eczema.

New masks use special science to work better. Some use bio-based materials to help the Earth. It is best to pick a mask for your skin type. Always clean your face before you use one. Be careful not to put firming masks near your eyes.
