It is a top product for McDonald's. A man named Jim Delligatti helped create it. He first sold it in 1967 in Pennsylvania. The burger has a very special build. It uses a bun with three slices. The top slice has sesame seeds on it. Inside, you will find two beef patties. There is also a slice of cheese. It has shredded lettuce, pickles, and onions. A tasty dressing called "special sauce" is inside too. This sauce is like Thousand Island dressing.
