TradeMark is a very tall building. It is in Charlotte, North Carolina. This skyscraper is mostly for people to live in. It has 28 floors. There are 200 homes inside the building. It is one of the tallest buildings in Uptown Charlotte. A group called Boulevard Centro built it. This was their first big high-rise project.

Some people had trouble with the building. News stories said it had three floods. The elevators also had problems. These issues made people worry about the building. They wondered if it was built well.

A company called Duvall manages the building. In June 2008, there was a flood. The management company promised to help the people. However, they did not make the repairs by August 2008. People who lived through the first floods were upset. They said the company did not answer them. This building is a big part of the city's skyline.
