This dinosaur was very large. It could weigh about 5,000 kilograms. That is as heavy as an elephant.

Therizinosaurus had a long neck and a small head. It had a rhamphotheca, which is a horny beak. It used its long neck to reach high plants. It had a wide body to help it process food. The dinosaur used its big claws to pull branches closer. This helped it reach leaves to eat. It was a very tall and slow animal.
