Two teams of seven players play on a court. Each team has a bouncy frame called a rebounder. The name comes from the "tchouk" sound the ball makes.

Teams score by throwing the ball at the rebounder. The ball must bounce on the floor to count. Players cannot bump into each other. This keeps everyone safe. You can only take three steps with the ball. You can also hold the ball for three seconds. A team can make three passes before they shoot.

There is a forbidden zone near the rebounder. No one can stand in this area to defend. The sport is popular in places like Singapore and Taiwan. Many countries now play it. There are even versions played on the beach or in wheelchairs.
