The bridge works using two different levels called decks. The upper deck carries the Shuto Expressway's Daiba Route. The lower deck is even busier. It holds the Yurikamome rapid transit line in the center. It also carries Tokyo Prefectural Route 482. Pedestrian walkways sit on the outer sides of the lower deck.

The bridge has many impressive numbers and details. It has a total length of 1,710 meters. The main span is 570 meters long. The tall towers are painted white. This color helps them match the central Tokyo skyline. At night, lamps on the cables glow in three colors. They use red, white, and green lights. These lights use solar energy from the sun.
