Planet Nine

space Maturity 11-13 Next article →

Some people think a big world is out there. We call this Planet Nine. It stays far away in the dark. We cannot see it with our eyes yet. Scientists think it is out there for a reason. They look at how small objects move in space. These small objects move in strange ways. Some think Planet Nine pulls on them. This pull is caused by gravity. Gravity is a force that pulls things together. It is the same force that keeps us on Earth. This big world might be very large. It might be much bigger than Earth. It would be far past the other worlds. It sits in a very cold place. We do not know for sure if it is real. It is a big mystery for us to solve. Scientists are still looking for more clues. They want to find it in the dark. Finding it would change what we know about space.
