Nachmanides wrote many important books. His most famous work is a commentary on the Torah. The Torah is a set of holy books. He wanted to find hidden meanings in the text. He also wrote about miracles. He believed God uses miracles to help people. Some thinkers used logic to explain things away. Nachmanides did not agree with them. He believed in the power of God. He also believed God knows everything. He thought God looks after all people. This is called divine providence. He believed the world was made from nothing. These were his main ideas of faith.
