Molise has many rivers. These rivers make the area rich in water. There are no large natural lakes here. Instead, people made two large lakes. They are called Lago di Guardialfiera and Lago di Occhito.

People live in two provinces. The first is Campobasso. The second is Isernia. Campobasso is the capital city.

Many people work on small farms. They grow grapes, olives, and vegetables. They also make food like pasta and cheese. Some people visit the small, pretty villages.
