One member chose a feather in a circle. Another chose three interlocking rings. This album was a huge success. It sold over 37 million copies around the world.

The band recorded much of the music at a house called Headley Grange.

This place helped them feel relaxed. They could walk in the garden and try new sounds. They even recorded drum sounds in the house lobby. This gave the music a special feel. One very famous song is "Stairway to Heaven."
