In his youth, Frank broke many laws. He used fake checks to steal money. He also used fake papers to trick people. Frank claimed he had many big jobs. He said he was a pilot for Pan Am. He also said he was a doctor in Georgia. He even said he was a lawyer in Louisiana.

But many of these stories were not true. Reporters looked for proof. They found that most of his claims were lies. For example, he never worked as a doctor. He was actually in prison at that time.

Frank changed his ways later in life. In 1976, he started a company. He now helps banks stop fraud. Fraud is when people use tricks to steal money.
