This is a way to stay awake while dreaming. It is a special skill. A teacher often shows students how to do it.

First, a person learns to know they are dreaming. This is called lucid dreaming. They might try to fly in the dream. They might even try to walk on water.

Next, they learn to not be afraid. They might jump into a fire in a dream. This shows them the dream is not real. It helps them feel brave.

They also learn to change things. They can make big things small. They can make many things into one.
