In old Arabia, people made art that was very special. They carved heads from a white stone called alabaster. They also traded spices like frankincense and myrrh. This trade helped their kingdoms grow very rich.

In Egypt, art was all about order. Artists used simple lines and flat colors. They drew people to show who was important. A king, or Pharaoh, was drawn much larger than others. They used colors to mean things. Blue and green meant life. Yellow stood for the sun god.

In Mesopotamia, people made small tools called cylinder seals. These seals had tiny pictures carved into them. They might show gods or winged lions. These small items helped tell stories. Ancient art shows us how people lived a long time ago.
