Xiaomi has a very specific way of making and selling its products. They want to keep prices low for their customers. To do this, they keep most products in the market for 18 months. This is longer than many other smartphone companies do. They also use something called inventory optimization. This helps them manage their stock levels carefully. They also use flash sales to keep their inventory low. This way, they do not have too many unsold items sitting in warehouses.
