Tronador is a very tall mountain.

It sits on the border of two lands. It is an old volcano. It does not erupt anymore. Locals call it the "Thunderer." This is because falling ice makes loud sounds.

The mountain has eight big sheets of ice. These are called glaciers. One glacier looks dark brown. It picks up dirt from the mountain.

Many people like to climb the mountain. They stay in a small hut. The ice is getting smaller now. The air is getting warmer.
