Benjamin Franklin was a person who used a schedule. Different cultures see time in different ways. In America, people often see time as a line. They like to do one thing at a time. They try not to waste time. In places like Italy, people may do many tasks at once. They care more about social talks. In many parts of Asia, time is seen as a cycle. People think time will always come back. They take more time to do things the right way.

There are many tools to help you manage time. You can make a task list. Some people use a system called ABC. This means you do the "A" tasks first. "A" tasks are the most important. You can also use a timer. Francesco Cirillo made a way called the Pomodoro technique. It uses a timer to set work and break times.
