Companies often use different levels of help. We call these tiers. Tiers help match the problem to the right expert.

Tier I is the first level. These workers handle simple tasks. They help with passwords or basic software. They solve most common problems.

Tier II is the next level. These workers are more experienced. They help with harder tasks. They might fix parts or use remote tools. This means they fix your machine from far away.

Tier III is the highest level. These experts know the product very well. They often know how the code works. They find ways to fix new problems.

Sometimes, a fourth level is used. This is often the company that made the tool. Using different tiers helps companies work fast and well.
