Some people used big force in the past. One example is the atomic bombs in Hiroshima and Nagasaki. This caused massive destruction.

In 2003, the United States used this in Iraq. Many planes flew to bomb targets. Some Iraqi soldiers felt very afraid. They said they could not fight back. However, other experts had different views. They said the attacks were too precise. They said the people stayed strong.

This way of fighting is a hard topic. It can cause many deaths for people not in the war. One group said over 6,000 civilians died. Many people think this way of war is wrong.
