Seven-card stud

arts Maturity 11-13 Next article →

People play a card game called seven-card stud.

Two to eight people can play at once. Each player gets seven cards. Some cards are face down. Other cards are face up for all to see.

Players use the face-up cards to make choices. They look at those cards to plan their moves. This makes the game very exciting.

At the end, players pick their best five cards. They want to make the strongest hand. The person with the best hand wins the prize.
