The show won this specific award seven times in a row.

Keoghan lives by a special rule called "No Opportunity Wasted." This idea came from a scary moment in his youth. While filming a show called Spot On, he went diving. He explored a shipwreck named the MS Mikhail Lermontov. During the dive, he became separated from his partner. He had a panic attack and felt very afraid. After he was rescued, he decided to face his fears. He now makes a list of exciting goals to finish. He has even eaten a meal on an active volcano.

He also uses his fame to help people in need. In 2011, a large earthquake hit his home in Christchurch. Keoghan visited to check on his family. He also filmed videos to ask for help for the Red Cross. He wanted to help people support tourism in New Zealand. He is also a very active cyclist. In 2009, he joined a ride called "Ride Across America." He biked from Los Angeles all the way to New York City. This long trip helped raise $500,000 for medical research.

Keoghan loves to learn about the past through sports. He studied a cyclist named Harry Watson from New Zealand. In 1928, Watson rode in the famous Tour de France. Keoghan wanted to honor that history in a special way. In 2013, he rode the same course used in 1928. He even used a bicycle that had no gears. This was the same kind of gear used by Watson. His wife, Louise, helped film this amazing journey for a movie.

Today, Keoghan lives in Los Angeles with his wife and daughter. His wife, Louise, is also a television producer. Together, they created shows like Tough as Nails. Keoghan has worked in over seventy different countries. He has hosted many types of shows for many networks. He even hosts a show called National Geographic Explorer. His life is full of new adventures and big goals. He continues to share these stories with people all over the world.
