The mound has a long stone path inside. This path leads to a room. The sun shines into the room once a year. It happens on a cold winter day. This light is very special.

Many stones are covered in art. These carvings show lines and circles. Some stones are white and shiny. People brought these stones from far away. They moved them to this spot.

Long ago, people used this place for rituals. They also put bones of the dead inside. They left small gifts there too. These gifts were things like beads.

Today, many people visit to see it. It is a famous place to explore.
