Nanling Mountains

geography Maturity 7-9 Next article →

The Nanling are big mountains in South China. They sit between four lands. These lands are Guangdong, Guangxi, Hunan, and Jiangxi.

The mountains are not too high. They have many plants and birds. Some of these living things live only here.

Low paths run through the mountains. These paths help people move and meet. This makes it easy to travel.

To the south, the air is warm. Farmers can grow rice two times a year.

The mountains also hold special clay in the ground. People dig this clay up to find rare things. It is a busy place to explore.
