The album reached number six on the Billboard 200 chart. By 2005, the record had gone quadruple platinum. The band's success led them to win the Grammy Award for Best New Artist that same year. They also toured extensively, visiting seventeen different countries. During this period, they performed alongside many famous acts, including the Rolling Stones.
