Interdisciplinarity

society Maturity 13-18 Next article →

Sometimes, people mix different ideas to work together. This is called being interdisciplinary. It is like a team of experts. One person might know about plants. Another person might know about math. They join their skills to solve big problems.

Building a road in old Rome needed this. Many different workers had to help. They had to plan and use tools.

Today, we use this to help our world. It helps us study things like the weather. It also helps us learn about health. Working together helps us find new ways to fix things.
