Their bodies have three main parts. These are the head, the middle, and the bottom.

The head helps them see and eat. The middle part holds their legs and wings.

The bottom part helps them go to the bathroom.

Insects do not have bones inside. Instead, they have a hard shell on the outside. This shell protects their soft bodies.

Some insects are very tiny. Others can be quite large. They can swim, jump, or dig.

Insects live almost everywhere on Earth. They are amazing little creatures!
