These rules are called a constitution. Long ago, leaders tried to make rules. Many years passed as the rules changed.

In 1954, leaders wrote a new set of rules. Many people shared their ideas. About 150 million people gave their thoughts. This helped make the rules better.

Later, the rules changed again. The rules used today started in 1982. They tell how the land is run. These rules help the people live together.
