Advaita saw that people were unhappy. He thought they cared too much about things. He believed this made society broken. To help, he prayed to the god Krishna. He prayed for thirteen months. He used water from the Ganges and Tulasi leaves. He believed his prayers would bring spiritual joy.

His prayers were answered. A leader named Chaitanya Mahaprabhu was born. Advaita was the first to say Chaitanya was God. He was a close friend to Chaitanya.
