Large work-class ROVs are very powerful and can reach depths of 3,500 meters. Some heavy machines can even work at 6,000 meters deep. These big robots use hydraulic pumps to move their strong arms. ROVs help us see things that are hidden in the dark. They have been used to find famous shipwrecks like the RMS Titanic. In July 2024, an ROV helped recover artifacts from the Titanic.
