Later, a team led by Brigitte Senut and Martin Pickford found more remains. Starting on October 17, 2000, they found 20 fossils at four different sites. These sites are Cheboit, Aragai, Kapsomin, and Kapcheberek. The fossils at Cheboit and Aragai are the oldest. The fossils at Kapsomin and Kapcheberek are from the upper levels of the formation.
