His most famous movie was called Arirang. It was made in 1926. At that time, Japan ruled Korea. Many films were just for fun. But Na used his movies to show Korean pride. He used symbols to talk about his people. This made his films more than just fun. They became a way to stand up for his country.

Na even started his own film company. He wanted to make movies by Koreans, for Koreans. He made big movies with over one thousand extras. Na worked very hard for ten years. He acted in twenty-six movies and directed fifteen. He died young from an illness. Even so, people still remember him. A film festival in Korea even uses his pen-name, Chunsa, to honor his work.
