Many people call him "Coach Q." He has won 1,000 games in the NHL. This is the second most wins of any coach. He is the head coach for the Anaheim Ducks.

Quenneville found great success with the Chicago Blackhawks. He led them to three Stanley Cup titles. These wins happened in 2010, 2013, and 2015. His 2010 win ended a very long wait for the team. Before coaching, he was a player. He played for many teams like the Toronto Maple Leafs.

His career has also had hard times. He resigned from the Florida Panthers in 2021. This was due to a report about the Blackhawks. The report looked at how the team handled a player's claim of abuse. Quenneville said he felt sorrow for the harm caused. He said his former team failed the player. In 2024, the NHL said he could seek work in the league again. He is a dual citizen of Canada and the United States. He has a wife and three children.
