The third location was the Konodai Campus in Ichikawa City, Chiba Prefecture. This campus was about 40 minutes from Yushima by train. The University Hospital had 813 beds and 327 dental chair units. On October 1, 2021, the Medical Hospital and Dental Hospital integrated into one hospital. Finally, a major change occurred on October 1, 2024. TMDU merged with the Tokyo Institute of Technology. This merger created the new Institute of Science Tokyo.
